1. Scope & Provider Information
These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts concluded between Our3DStory and the customer via our online shop.
2. Formation of Contract & Orders
By submitting an order and completing payment via Stripe Checkout, the customer enters into a binding contract of sale. The customer receives an automated confirmation email summarizing the items, delivery fees, and order reference.
3. Prices, VAT & Currency
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and inclusive of applicable Cyprus Value Added Tax (VAT). Delivery costs are added during checkout in accordance with our published shipping schedule.
4. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in connection with sales shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cyprus.
